I am currently in a company with my brother and dad where we buy delinquent second mortgages and we have an asset manager that works them out for us and they are serviced at FCI. We have been doing it for a little over a year and have a portfolio of about 3mm in performing seconds. I am 25 and would like to set up my own company with the strategy that Scott teaches with buying non performing first mortgages. The content I have listened to on his Youtube channel is great! I have a few questions about the different teaching programs available. The Fast track program and the mastermind are something I am definitely interested in. I met a few of Scott’s students (including Wayne Snell) at the Paper Source event in Las Vegas a few months back and they hadn’t nothing but great words to say about Scott and the classes. If possible, please give me a call at (817) 229-1596 at your earliest convenience. I know the We Close Notes team is very busy but I am not a tire kicker and I am ready to get started with classes and make some deals.
