Many people may wonder what Note CAMP is. The best way to describe it is what it isn’t. First of all, it isn’t a pitch fest. Also, it isn’t solely focused on Scott Carson or We Close Notes. Note CAMP is focused on forming principles, content, actions, marketing, and profit-generating nuggets for those that attend the camp. A great line up is coming up as keynote speakers who are subject matter experts in their own niches in the industry grace the podcast to discuss different topics to help expand your note and real estate business.

What Is Note CAMP?
I want thank you for joining us here at Note CAMP. Many people wonder, “What the heck is this Note CAMP thing?” I will tell you what Note CAMP isn’t before I tell you what Note CAMP is. Note CAMP, first of all is not a pitch fest. Note CAMP is not an event that’s focused solely on Scott Carson or We Close Notes. Note CAMP is focused on forming principles, content actions, marketing and profit-generating nuggets for those that attend Note CAMP or are listening. One of the great things that we started doing two and a half years ago is we started doing online workshops. Note CAMP was actually created from failure of another event. We were going to host a big event in Houston. We dropped $30,000 on marketing and it just bombed. Nobody showed up. Nobody signed up for the event. We had to cancel and eat those costs. We made a vow. Stephanie Goodman, VP of Operations for WCN, and I made a vow, “Let’s see if we can do an online event because we were doing webinars all the time. Lots of people said, “If they’ll join us for an evening, why would they not join us all weekend long if we had a great lineup of speakers?” That’s what Note CAMP has evolved into. We started this thing off in 2016 and the event in April 2018 marks the fifth time we’ve done it. We’ve gone from 300 people to over a thousand plus people attending the live events.

You are now listening to the next evolution of Note CAMP where it becomes a podcast. One of the things that we’re doing with this episode or these series of speakers is bringing every episode, every breakout speaker, every session as a podcast for you to listen to. We are really excited. We’ve got a really great lineup of speakers from the co-author of Think and Grow Rich, Three Feet From Gold, Rich Dad Poor Dad. Rhonda Britten is joining us, who is a well-known accountant and financial educator across the country. We’re excited to have her as a keynote speaker. We have an Emmy-award winner and Rhonda Britten, the Amazing Life Coach and counselor and helping people overcome fear. She’s also one of the keynote speakers. We’ve got just an amazing lineup of people from Nathan Long and Aaron Young and Jillian Sidoti and Mark Music. Just literally an amazing group of speakers. Those names are just a drop in the bucket.
